I loved both for what they were. There were a bunch of great arcade games ported to NES they were just totally different, but awesome games and both Ninja Gaiden and Double Dragon are on that list. Strider was a notable one too, where the NES was great, but so hard most people couldn’t get to see much of it.

Four games and you decide to include Pong and it’s far superior successor Super Breakout? Moronic, there are tons of 2600 games that would have worked just as well on a watch.

Pinball Fantasies, Raptor, Heretic

I knew someone in school that had a CD-i and I was excited to try out the Zelda game… I made a terrible mistake as did the people that made it. It’s probably still a cool collector’s item, but man it was bad.

This looks great, but I also understand why you got rid of it. I had to do the same and gave away all of my retro systems and CRTs all the way back to my Atari 2600. It just took up too much space for how little it was being used so I wanted that stuff to be in the hands of someone that would hopefully enjoy it.

I love this, this has to be the best version of this meme I’ve ever seen.

I personally won’t start over if I lose spread, but lose all my powerups in something like Gradius or Lifeforce and it probably isn’t worth it to keep going. It is the Konami way.
