I have a shell script I wrote I call tdiff. If you enter a number it takes it as the number of days and then tells you the date and the day of the week in that number of days. If you enter a date, it tells you how many days until that date.
Minimal visual clutter. I would consider a landing page like the above with a bar or drop down or whatever with “about”, " portfolios", “repos” etc. Style is up to you, but in terms of structure that is what I would do rather than put it all on one page
