This plus batteries are what has me thinking about selling my handheld collections. I have them all out so I can periodically keep them charged. I left my first switch uncharged for 6 months and the battery crapped out so I had to open it up and change it out.

This can be my “If I am stuck in the desert” option.

I think the original game brought a printed map for you to fill in, plus some information in the manual. All of which obvious those of is who have emulated would not have.

This is one of the things I feel like I missed out on from the earlier games. I think the closest we had to it again was drawing on the maps for the DS.

Still haven’t managed to actually get through it. The first two are still on my list.

I completely forgot I purchased this game like a decade ago. I need to actually go play it.

Not sure I’d want it to come back, but this post brought back the memory of Boktai. It was a gameboy game where the cartridge had a built in light sensor that let you charge your weapon within the game.

Yep. No matter what my default ios browser is set to, I think Voyager uses safari, could hopefully be a future update.

I may have to bite the bullet and just pay for something.

It seems the free version only works on Safari. And also does not appear to work on my phone once installed. I likely have to update everything to the latest versions. I’ve generally just stuck to firefox focus which does block things if I am on the browser.

This is how it’s shown natively inside Voyager. Unless there is a way to install adblock onto the ios version, I’d have to pop every link out to a new browser. Not the end of the world, but then at that point I’d just browse lemmy outside of the app.
